Good video, except multi vitamins are a waste of money. The body doesn’t need the majority of what is in multi vitamins. These vitamins should be fulfilled through a well balanced diet. Vitamin D is beneficial if you don’t get out in the sun enough, along with some calcium, iron, and magnesium. The rest of the shit in multi’s youll just end up pissing out.
@beelieve2 after buddy, Couple that with 5grams of tasteless creatine and you have a nice post workout shake. You can also add 5 grams of glutamine if you’d like.
Are we suppose to take Gold Standard 100% Whey before or after the workout?
i dont recomend creatine for begginers and the only that gives you is fake muscle and if you stop taking creatine all muscles are gone . but with protein they dont.

Hey Michael. I’m not a beginner but i do not have high knowledge about supplements either so thats why i didnt stop the video. anyway, what i wanted to ask you is about creatine, I’ve heard that it just fills you up with water, so when you stop taking it all goes away. What do ya say?

doesnt that whey protein have lots of fat in it and it turns into fat if you dont work out so u have to drink it b4 a big workout right?
@metalanimeking …..ok so you do encourage taking proteins right ? and after stopping exercises getting a floppy extra skin all around ur body …..u want muscles earn them throu HIGH density exercise dont just do 8 reps ..then have a 2 spoon shake and get them strengthless mass whats stupid about that ??

i have 100% whey protein and creatine monohydrate but when i do my protein shake i just use one like today i use whey protein and tommorow creatine is this good or i cant add both ?

I think i might get the creatine because it is cheaper then the whey but i am worried about the side effects.. like kydney stones.
@CoLFC It doesnt matter when you take your creatine. You can take it in the morning as well as before/after your workout or whatever, it won’t make any difference anyway. Ingestion once a day should also be enough..
