@FallenAmongThornsx If you work out like you’re supposed to, then about an hour to an hour and a half of working out does just fine. As far as I’m concerned, burning to many calories is a good thing.

@switchkrooks32 hm i’d rather have a darker gym. easier to focus on your own thing without looking around at everyone else.
if you go lighter and do the reps faster, does it hlp w/ explosiveness and vertical jump//speed?

Brutal workout. The FST-7 for the calves really work. Got a charley horse, but that means it’s working!
