why change workout when u can change weight
This routine gives me a nice burn. Good change of pace from my usualy 6-8 rep sets.

these two guys had a super awkward dynamic. but i guess its always awkward then two guys that dont know eachother very well lift together. at least it always is for me.
@JericoAquino deadlifts are a lower back workout. lower back and upper back aren’t linked in any way, the movements are COMPLETELY different, allowing you to isolate them and treat them as totally different groups
These guy’s are on something a bit stronger than just vitamins!
If you eat the right foods there’s no need for you to take vitamins cause food’s have all the vitamin’s you need!
No deadlifts?

i believe its straight arm pushdowns not straight bar. cause straight bar would mean to me ur working tricepts.
body buildings that have their chest infront of their deltoid muscles always have a better pose cause the bicept pose they can just stick their chest out and it looks more confident. no homo.
