    these two guys had a super awkward dynamic. but i guess its always awkward then two guys that dont know eachother very well lift together. at least it always is for me.

    @JericoAquino deadlifts are a lower back workout. lower back and upper back aren’t linked in any way, the movements are COMPLETELY different, allowing you to isolate them and treat them as totally different groups

    i believe its straight arm pushdowns not straight bar. cause straight bar would mean to me ur working tricepts.

    body buildings that have their chest infront of their deltoid muscles always have a better pose cause the bicept pose they can just stick their chest out and it looks more confident. no homo.

    @LOUSTON57 Agree. Gaspari supplements are also excellent. I use superpump and its great stuff. I made some great gains. I cycle it on and off.
    I have always thought Rich was a top bodybuilder.
