You dont even know the guy. How can you “know” he’s uneducated. GTFO with your bullshit.

  2. hhhk20 says:

@ItzMc1 I don’t “think” he’s uneducated. I KNOW he is. Now go back to jerking off while you watch him demonstrate his ignorance.

  3. ItzMc1 says:

@hhhk20 shutup dumbass. If you think hes “uneducated” then don’t watch his videos.

  4. mmamilano says:

  5. susarkhan123 says:

  7. hhhk20 says:

@IIGREENDAYBFMVII Even if he was “ripped” (which he is NOT), how does his percentage of body fat have any correlation whatsoever to his level of education, or ability to articulate what he knows? The answer, dumbass, is that there is NO correlation.

  8. IIGREENDAYBFMVII says:

@hhhk20 yeah hes clueless yet hes ripped , think about what your saying asshole.

@normandie350 For sure, but also your grip/fingers @_@
    if you do enough repetitions

  11. JpopKpopFan1 says:

@GalaxyConvoy73 yes it is. Forearms need to be worked with many exercises to gain the best results.
good luck, if you exercise that is :)

  12. chris95952003 says:

start with supinated grip and end with pronated grip…wow!

  13. hhhk20 says:

He gives no explanation as to “why” one should do this exercise. It is because he doesn’t know why. He is uneducated. He is an embarrassment to all good instructors. Doing the eccentric portion of the movement in a fully pronated position doesn’t really make sense. If you wanted to emphasize your brachioradialis, you should do the eccentric part of the lift with a neutral wrist position. DO NOT FOLLOW this guy’s advice. He is clueless, and you will learn nothing.

  22. zeemonkey187 says:

@Slufsbastian He’s not too cut up so he looks off season, but his gut is still a bit too big (possible insulin abuse). Even for a natural, no lat development. It’s not likely he’s natural, but he’s still behind the competition.

  23. Slufsbastian says:

This is how you get if you don’t use steroids

  24. zeemonkey187 says:

how is this guy a bb? He’s got good arms and stuff, but there is no visible lat development.
