what if you drink heavy once a week and drink tons of water while your boozin. i very rarely have a hang over after drinking heavily, and dont lose motivation…i guess the only thing that might effect me for 24-48 hours is vitamin consumption,,,not too big a deal i dont think…i think my biggest problem is amount of sleep

@GsxRaider Well you should definitely avoid “days of munchies”. Try to limit yourself to 1 or 2 cheat meals per weak (and preferably not massive cheat meals). OCCASIONAL snacking is fine. Just don’t be “occasionally” snacking throughout the week.

@DarkDaysAreHere thanks bro, becuz i found out that my stomach bloats a little bit after days of eating munchies,i cant help it,its so tasty.

Scooby knows some good stuff but also says so much bullshit. If we just take his first “how many pounds a year” thing then he’s just using that as a scare tactic. If the person drinking that 1 beer a year had a calorie deficit or was still at maintenance then he/she wouldn’t gain 15lbs. 15lbs is just a made up number

  11. DarkDaysAreHere says:

@GsxRaider This depends on your overall diet, goal and training. If you have an overall healthy diet and train hard then having occasional cheat meals isn’t going to have any significant effect on your progress. Especially if you’re trying to bulk up. It’s a bit worse if you’re trying to lose fat, but if you’re worried about it then just compensate by running a little extra next time.

guys someone help me please?should i avoid eating chips?will it really affect my progress?

  13. GutiProducer says:

damn, last night i had 1lt of wine, 1/2lt of beer, 1 glass of vodka and 1 of whiskey and lots of peanuts (like 300g), now i feel like shit, and i think my progress over the last week has been reduced, but i find very difficult to have fun when i go out without drinking alcohol or smoking pot… so getting those 6 pack its gonna be much more difficult for me..
guess ill have to stop drinking and smoking definitely, but my social life will be borrring… :(
